This striking waterfront home showcases the precision and craftsmanship that define our approach to residential construction. Featuring bold vertical cladding, expansive glazing, and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces, the design maximises both natural light and panoramic water views. From the covered entertaining area to the private lap pool, every detail has been carefully executed to deliver a home that combines architectural elegance with exceptional build quality.

Before

From weathered to bold black, built for the coast. This home had great bones but tired, sun-bleached timber weatherboards. We stripped it back and reclad the entire exterior in vertical black aluminium cladding for a sharp, low-maintenance finish. Old joinery made way for large-format windows that pull the view inside, and the decks were rebuilt with frameless glass balustrades. A lap pool now runs along the house with a window at water level, and the outdoor living opens under a louvre roof with a fireplace.
